Yes, completely. Every dispatch is optional. We track acceptance rates as part of your performance history — a high rate earns you dispatch priority — but there's no penalty for declining jobs that don't fit your schedule.
The customer books a specific package — for example, Vacation Rental Turnover, 3BR. That package has a defined checklist. You accept the job knowing exactly what's expected. There's nothing to renegotiate on arrival, and no customer can add scope after acceptance.
We handle all disputes. You submit completion photos when the job closes — those photos are your record. If a customer disputes, we compare their complaint to the booked scope and your photos. As long as you completed what was booked, you're protected.
Payment is processed automatically when the job closes and completion photos are submitted. You don't invoice — we handle it. Your specific rate is confirmed during the approval review.
No. You operate as an independent contractor, not a Hivel employee. You set your own schedule by which jobs you accept or decline. We handle the booking, coordination, scope definition, and payment layer — you do the cleaning.
